3rd and 4th SMAS Workshops
On Wednesday, 15-6-05, the 3rd and
4th SMAS Workshops were held jointly
at the Science Park Ideon (Beta House), Scheelevägen 17, Lund, Sweden.
It was organized as International Workshop "Improving handling
of meat products in the chill chain and at the consumer level –
TTI (Time Temperature Indicators) development and application"
and was cosponsored by the SMAS project and SIK.
Participants, from the Swedish industry attended the Workshop.
